Non-Profit Redesign

Pathways Autism Center

The challenge

Pathways is an autism center, providing ABA therapy and support services. They are a growing family owned company in the Atlanta area. They had their website built by another company, but were getting poor service after the launch. They needed changes and updates to the website, and were not happy with the look and feel of the website.

Our approach

Basic Social Media Management

We met with Jeff and Becky at their Sandy Springs location for a tour and to learn more about the goals and needs of their growing company and the services they provide to the community. By visiting their location, we immediately saw how we could tie in the colors of the decor and the atmosphere of the rooms and incorporate them into re-designing the look and feel of the existing website. We worked within a budget and retainer that worked for them, and were able to provide a timeline for all projects and tasks outlined from our initial interview. Over the following months, the owners had more ideas for the website that we scheduled to coincide with their retainer. As we finished the last of their website changes, we then moved on to help with their Social Media Management and on-page SEO.
